Greg joins Daniella Bruce on Tigers Live prior to the Tigers game on July 19 at Texas.
The Tigers, after battling through a tough September, took down the Boston Red Sox to clinch a playoff berth for the second straight season with a 2-1 win.
Matt Vierling stepped to the plate with as a pinch hitter with the Tigers down two runs to the LA Angels in the bottom of the eighth. Vierling clobbered his lone home run of the 2025 season.

Gio Urhsela capped an amazing Tigers comeback with a 10th inning, two-run home run to beat the Los Angeles Dodgers. It was the team's largest comeback win since 2016.
A day after the Tigers completed their largest comeback since 2016, they walked off on the Dodgers again, in unconventional fashion.
